Do I need a hearing test?
Not at all. Our devices are set for the most common hearing losses out of the box and are easy to adjust. If they’re not right for you, tell us within 100 days for a full refund under our "Restore Your Hearing Guarantee."
Are these amplifiers?
NO. These are true FDA registered over the counter hearing aids, not to be confused with cheap amplifier alternatives.
Will these fit my ears?
We include multiple earbud sizes so you can find the right fit. If those don’t work, we’ll send more sizes.
Is Nova rechargeable?

Do I need to install an app?
