Refund policy
We have a 100-day return policy, which means you have 100 days after receiving your item to request a return.
We recommend that you try the hearing aids for a minimum of 21 days because medical studies show that your brain requires about three weeks to adjust to new hearing aids. However, this minimal trial period is not required, and you can return your hearing aids at any time within 100 days from the date of delivery as reported by shipment tracking.

Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 3 business days. You are responsible for paying return shipping fees, which may vary depending on your location.
