SHIPPING POLICY

1. PROCESSING TIME
- Orders placed Monday–Friday before 12 p.m. Pacific ship the same business day.
- Orders placed after 12 p.m. Pacific, on weekends, or on U.S. holidays ship the next business day.

A tracking email is sent as soon as your label is created.

2. DELIVERY OPTIONS & COST

- Standard – USPS First-Class Package / Ground Advantage, 3–7 business days, FREE
- Priority – USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground, 2–4 business days, $8.40 flat rate
- Express – UPS 2-Day Air, 1–2 business days, carrier rate shown at checkout
(Transit times begin after the first carrier scan and are estimates.)

3. TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Every parcel receives a tracking link by email. Updates may take up to 24 hours to appear. If tracking shows “delivered” but you cannot locate the package, contact us within 7 days so we can investigate and, if necessary, replace it.

4. SHIPPING ADDRESS GUIDELINES
Provide a complete street address. Express services cannot deliver to PO Boxes. Verify the address before completing checkout; shipments returned for incorrect or incomplete addresses will require a reship fee equal to our cost. We cannot reroute parcels once they are in transit.

5. LOST, DELAYED, OR DAMAGED SHIPMENTS
Email hello@heardirectclub.com with your order number.
- Lost: no carrier movement for 7 days (10 days AK/HI) – we replace at no charge.
- Damaged: send photos within 48 hours of delivery – we send a prepaid return label and ship a replacement once the return is received.

Carrier or weather delays beyond our control are not refundable, but we will always help resolve the issue.

6. RETURNS & 100-DAY TRIAL
